From the 9th to the 19th of July, 1996, Geneva, Switzerland, held the 2nd Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 3rd Session of the Subsidiary Body of Implementation, the 3rd Session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice, and the 3rd Session of the Ad-Hoc Group of the Berlin Mandate.
