From 28 November to 9 December 2005, the city of Montreal, Canada, hosted the 11th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, the 23th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation and the 23th Session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice.
